First thing, first, I think it’s pretty cool that you hit up this page and you’re looking to work more closely with me.

If you’re here on this page looking to partner with me in my Network Marketing Company and you want to become your own independent Entrepreneur then you landed in the right spot.

I’ve been in this industry for years and I've seen so many companies come and go and after awhile I began to notice certain qualities that the successful ones had that the failures didn’t. The company I chose possessed them and more.

Here they are…

1. They had stability and had been in business 4 years. A company that has been around 4 or more years has gone through the ups and downs  (its “Growing Pains” Stage) and has made the necessary adjustments to put the company on the path for long term growth.

2. They had a product that people would want to buy  AND use whether or not there was a compensation plan attached to it.

3. The compensation plan was powerful, but simple to understand and even a new person coming in could make money with it out of the gate.

4. They were in an evergreen market. Meaning that there would always be a demand for the product they had, and people could always make money with it.

5. They were also privately held and debt free. I am Happy to say that the company I chose to partner with hits all those and a lot more.

6. Great and strong leadership. The leadership team had integrity, morals and collectively over 100 years of business experience.

So...

I'm not sure if any of the things I listed above are as important to you as they are to me. However when you're looking to partner with a company it's definitely important to make sure that the model fits YOU.

As awesome as it would be to work together, I want to make sure that it's a great fit for the both of us. 

I don't work with everyone that wants to join because I invest a good amount of time into coaching & training my team and I have to be smart with my time…nor do I want to waste your time.

1. Someone that is coachable and willing to follow proven steps to be successful.

2. Someone that has a burning desire for success.

3. Someone who is dependable and cool to work with.

4. Someone who has a “No Excuses” mindset.

5. Someone with consistency and in this for the long haul.
