Forex Price Action Trading

What is Forex Price Action trading? It’s trading that’s based on the action of price. So it’s exactly as it is called, price action trading. With Forex price action trading, the main thing is having market structure. Market structure is created from price hitting levels of resistance and support.

Price Action trading is usually traded based off of market structure and support & resistance with a naked chart/naked forex as it is called. No indicators are usually used because they lag, meaning they’re moving behind what the real price is. Trading naked allows you to see the movement of each candle and you’re taking your entry based on what the candles do.

Coming out of market structure, or a consolidation area, price will then break out and make it’s move to either the upside or downside. Based on the strategy you use to trade, it may now be time for you to enter into your trade or get prepared to enter it.
